About Us
Your Child Is in Great Hands

Philosophy
At Young Sprouts Early Learning, we believe every child is capable, curious, and full of potential. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our approach encourages children to learn through exploration, creativity, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experiences.
We recognize that every child develops at their own pace and brings unique interests, strengths, and abilities to our learning community. Our educators create intentional learning opportunities that encourage independence, problem-solving, collaboration, and self-expression.
Through play, discovery, and meaningful connections, we nurture a lifelong love of learning while helping children build confidence and a strong foundation for future success.
Health & Safety
At Young Sprouts Early Learning, the health, safety, and well-being of every child are among our highest priorities. We strive to provide a secure, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, protected, and supported throughout their day.
As a licensed family home childcare program in Washington State, we follow applicable Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) licensing requirements, including health and safety practices, supervision, sanitation, and emergency preparedness.
Our approach emphasizes attentive supervision, age-appropriate learning environments, healthy daily routines, and open communication with families. We are committed to creating a space where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
